What Sumrex is — and is not
Sumrex is administration software for a care arrangement you already have. It never matches, introduces, ranks or recommends a carer — there is no directory, no search and no register. It prepares figures and paperwork; it never files to HMRC as your agent, and it never holds or moves your money.
Sumrex is not a payment institution, not a payroll agent, not an employment agency or business, and not a provider of legal, tax or financial advice.

Complaints
If something goes wrong, email support@sumrex.app and we will acknowledge your complaint within five working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
