Five fixed rules.

The same answers always give the same result, and every amber and red comes from one answer you gave. There is no scoring model and no AI.

→“Have it” reads green.

→“Partial” reads amber.

→“Don't have” reads red.

→A record that should be kept current reads amber if its review date is blank or more than 12 months old.

→“Not applicable” is excluded, and anything not yet reviewed shows grey.
