A map of your own records — never a verdict.

✕Never predicts an outcomeThe review does not predict, influence or imply the result of any inspection or council review, and it produces no rating of the care — ever.
✕Never judges the careIt looks only at whether records exist — in place, partial or missing. It never sees the content of a care record and never forms a view on the care itself.
✕No health data is collectedFor each item you record a status, an optional note about where the record lives, and a review date. No care records are uploaded, and no health or special-category personal data is ingested.
✕Nothing is sharedYour answers stay in your own account. Nothing goes to a regulator, a council or anyone else unless you choose to share your own report.
Deterministic and explainable

Five fixed rules — that's the whole engine.

The same answers always produce the same picture, and every amber and red traces back to one specific answer you gave. There is no scoring model and no AI judgement anywhere in the review.

→“Have it” reads green — records in place.
→“Partial” reads amber — some evidence, gaps to close.
→“Don't have” reads red — evidence missing.
→A record that should be kept current reads amber, not green, when its review date is blank or more than 12 months old.
→“Not applicable” is excluded entirely, and anything not yet reviewed shows grey — never a fail.
